Cozy interior and good food. Portions are hearty and the service is attentive. It usually isn't busy during the day, but there might be a short wait during the dinner rush. I recommend anything off the menu with shrimp in it. There is also steak on the menu but don't expect the top quality stuff.

Awesome spot to eat food when in a rush. Their customer service is speedy, rates are affordable, excellent mood. Will come back again

Great place to eat while visiting Universal Studios theme-park or the CityWalk. The seafood dishes are deliciously prepared and the serving team is attentive. AAA Club members get 10% discount too!!

Delicious and if you get Patches as your waiter, everything is going to go just smooth and silky... He's also a great drink mixer!

The food was great! My friend enjoyed it too. I brought her there for the first time and she said we will definitely come back! The wait staff was great and attentive. The food also came out fast so that we could eat and bolt to Universal Studios.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in the Bay. possibly the world. I have had the famous mussels in Brussels, and they cant compete! Never been disappointed by a dish here, nor a cocktail. First time trying this place. Ordered a few things in the menu and overall the taste and servings were good. The peeling shrimp could have been a little bigger but the taste was good. Great seasoning flavor. I also got a shrimp gumbo soup which was amazing. We will be back soon!

The best seafood restaurant in Los Angeles! They had the fresh and tasty seafood! I love the place it is relaxing. Highly Recommended!

One of the best restaurants you could ever visit... it’s theme is the well-known “Forest Gump” movie (of Tom Hanks).. and it’s really fun to visit and feel as if you’re in the movie. Tip: try the Shrimps.. they are spectacular.

Loved the food, atmosphere, and of course the servers. All the staff were very friendly and it was one of the best meals I've ever tasted. The theming of Forest Gump really made this place what it was. Loving the movie myself I was excited to come and was not disappointed even having my memory of the movie tested by the staffs trivia. Can't wait to eat here again!

Nick our server was fantastic. Very impressed with the service and atmosphere. (Who doesn't like Forrest Gump) the food was very mediocre though. My wife and I had a caesar salad with a bowl of gumbo soup which was bland. And the New Orleans Shrimp Platter also did not reach expectation. Presentation was good.

After a 14 hour flight from Australia and a 13 hour day at Universal, my girlfriend and I couldn't have been more impressed by this place. Server Adam was brilliant, offering fantastic suggestions and delivering top notch service. Shrimp Mac and Cheese, Gumbo and the Seafood Trio were to die for! Going back to the other side of the world is going to leave us wanting more For sure!

I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a good lunch, this restaurant comes first to my head. fresh and varied food and a rich menu.helpful team, and nice ambience. We like a lot to go out. Last night we came to this superb restaurant which friends told us about. We passed a delightful time there with great cooking and a well-trained stuff and a great cook. We added this place in our phone list and we will surely come back very soon. We highly recommend.

I’m from Az & every time I come to California I always HAVE to stop by Bubba Gump! The food and the staff is amazing & this time Jay was the man! Started couple months ago but he provided excellent service the entire time there making sure everything was okay. Will for sure come back and do recommend this place to everyone.
